Want to see your name and story in book form?
I'm looking for a few good writers. 500 to be exact! Over the course of the next few months I will be collecting Stories from U2 fans from around the world to be included into a POSSIBLE forthcoming book about U2 fans. Go ahead..Submit your story! Tell me , no tell the world why you are a U2 fan? What makes these guys, their music, their lyrics, their live shows or whatever so special that you would want to share with the world and, quite frankly, U2 themselves. Perhaps it's just a thank you or a personal encounter that you would like to share? Point is, make your story your own and if it's good enough your words will forever be recorded in book form. Now's your chance to 'dream outloud!'
Here are just a few guidelines:
1. Only top 300 of 500 submissions will be posted. However, all submissions MAY end up on U2mart.com in a form to be determined.
2. This is a book about U2 Fans for the whole world to read. Use your best grammar and storytelling talents.
3. You will not be paid for your submission. However it's ok to throw in a mention of your email or business if it's appropiate
4. Keep story submissions to no more than 2 standard letter pages. Exception might be made depending on compelling content.
5. Have fun! This is about U2 and you in general.
6. Please include your Name and FULL contact info as you will be notified if your story has been selected.
7. Full name will be witheld from final print for your privacy.
