| Ok here is how I became a u2 fan! Ok i'm only 12 years old and I do love u2 and hers how I started liking them.Ok I moved to canada in 2001 I came to canada from Iran. Well in 2001 i was in a hotel in saskatoon and I was watching t.v one day and I saw the elevation video I thought that Bono was carzy at first but then I started liking teh video and the band I didn't know what was the bands name and I didn't know what the band members names were my mom thought that Bono's name was Max (I don't know why she thought that) but anyway so she thought his name was max so I believed her. Then in like 2003 I was watching an award show with some friends and u2 nomanated (I'm not sure if i spelled that right) and so I saw Bono and I said his name was Max then my friend told me their bands name is U2 so thats how I figured out thier band name. Then still in 2003 I went to HMV and I saw thier tape (I didn't knwo about cds back then) and I bought it and I thought that beautiful day was elevation so I told my mom that it had beautiful day on it then I went home and I listened to the tape and I figured out that beautiful day is a different song and elevation is a different song. So one day I was reading some of the lyrics and everything and I saw the band member's names.So thats how I got to know their names (and at first I thought Bono was a weird name) Then I bought the best of 1990-2000 cd and I loved the songs on their and that perty much how I became s u2 fan.Now I don't think Bono is a weird name and now I knoe so much about u2. My dream is to meet them.
